Giving up carbs is no joke. I'm finally past the detox stage though and it wasn't as bad as I thought. The hardest part truly is making yummy meals for my family.. Rosotto, pastas, rice dishes, bread... oh god I miss the bread! But I'm sticking strong to my salads and shakes! I bought tons of winter squash and I'm hoping to find lots of delicious recipes so that I don't get bored. Don't these look great? I actually can't wait to try that whole Spaghetti squash thing. Trying to replace startches with squashes for life! We'll see how crafy I can get..
