If you have to get up early and live with a roommate at dorms, like I do, I have got the perfect breakfast solution for you that you may store in a jar or a plastic container in your fridge.

 

What do you need:

1/3 cup of rolled oats

1/3 plain yogurt (I like to use a Greek one)

1/2 milk

+/- 50g fruit (strawberries, banana, blueberries.... anything you like)

a pinch of salt

a pinch of cinnamon

(You may also add a teaspoon of honey for some extra sweetness and some chia seeds if you like.)

 

Mix everything together in your jar or a cup. Place it in the fridge overnight and top with some cornflakes or nuts in the morning for the extra crunch.

It is a filling and tasty breakfast recipe that I love to eat every week. (It can keep me going for 4-5 hours at work.)
