Hi Phil, I know how it is to be busy but I personally would not consume that much processed food, and prefer the protein shakes after a workout. This sounds like a kick starter plan but you will probably get tierd of it and you could replace/add it with other options. It's great that you opt out of soda/bread!

Thanks, I really appreciate the input! I've been substituting freak fruit and veggies for any meal/snack to mix things up.. to keep myself from getting tired of this, I'm also allowing 2 cheat meals per week between weigh-ins.. that way instead of an entire cheat day, which in the past made me feel lethargic, I can really push myself by saying 'wait just one more meal before you eat that'... This has really helped so far.. I'm also seeing what you mean by jump start.. it's beginning to feel like a temporary solution to a high protein, low carb diet. I love the way I'm feeling right now, so Saturday I'll look for a better diet.Thanks for your support and insight!-Phil
