Good job with breads and sodas. I dumped caffeine while back (headache). I still do diet caffeine free - BAD I know - but everyone needs at least one vice.I would run what you're consuming through My Fitness Pal and take a look at calories (don't forget to add in your exercise). Do it for few days and has really helped me in the past. Not that calories are the end all. Also, I wouldn't try to dump more than 1 to 2 pounds like MFP says. Every time I've tried it to lose more and more quickly - my body has revolted and I end up eventually higher.I also would add a green protein smoothie in there. My personal trainer was telling me that he just added lots of vegetables and has been really happy with his added energy. Wasn't sure how many veggies you're consuming. Which woiuld greatly affect your fiber intake.I don't do any wheat, potatoes, rice or added sweeteners & have had really good results. I'm one of those people that doesn't do well with moderation so I know if I take the above out of my diet, I should lose weight.GL
