1. PINEAPPLE AND ORANGE PUNCH

Combine a 285ml bottle of lemonade, 1½ cups of canned unsweetened pineapple juice, 1 cup orange juice, ¼ cup passionfruit pulp, 1 thinly sliced orange, 1 thinly sliced lemon and ice cubes, mix well. Makes 4 cups. Approx. 84 calories per cup.

2. STRAWBERRY CRUSH

Put 1 punnet washed and hulled strawberries, ¾ cup orange juice and 6 ice cubes into blender, blend on low speed until ice cubes are crushed. Stir in 285ml bottle lemonade, mix well. Makes 4 cups. Approx. 32 calories per cup.

3. PEACH AND PINEAPPLE PUNCH

Put drained 420g can unsweetened peach halves into blender, add 1½ cups canned unsweetened pineapple juice and 1 tablespoon lemon juice, blend on high speed until pureed. Just before serving, add 285ml bottle of lemonade, 1 teaspoon chopped mint, ice cubes and one thinly sliced lemon. Makes 4 cups. Approx. 75 calories per cup.

4. APPLE AND GINGER

Combine in bowl 1 cup unsweetened apple juice, 2 x 285ml bottles dry ginger ale and 2 tablespoons chopped mint. Chill. Serve garnished with extra mint sprigs, if desired. Makes 4 cups. Approx. 35 calories per cup.

5. YOGURT AND APRICOT

Combine in blender 420g can drained unsweetened apricot halves and 200g carton skim milk natural yogurt, blend on high speed 1 minute. Add 285ml bottle dry ginger ale. Makes 6 cups. Approx. 40 calories per cup.

6. GINGER AND WATERMELON

Blend 2 cups chopped watermelon on high speed 1 minute. Add 285ml bottle dry ginger ale, combine well, refrigerate. Makes 4 cups. Approx. 24 calories per cup.

7. CREAMY COFFEE

Dissolve 1 tablespoon instant coffee powder in 1 tablespoon hot water, put in blender with ½ cup cold water and 4 tablespoons low-calorie ice cream, blend on high speed 1 minute. Pour coffee mixture into 4 glasses, top with 285ml bottle lemonade. Makes 4 cups.  Approx.15 calories per cup.

8. MINTED CITRUS DELIGHT

9. ORANGE HEALTH DRINK

Combine in blender 2 cups orange juice, 1 tablespoon skim milk powder, 1 egg, 4 ice cubes and 285ml bottle soda water. Blend 30 seconds. Makes 4 cups. Approx. 95 calories per cup.

10. TOMATO CUCUMBER FIZZ

Peel small cucumber, cut in half, remove seeds, chop roughly; string 1 stick celery, chop roughly. Place cucumber, celery, 2 cups tomato juice in blender, blend 1 minute. Add 285ml bottle soda water, mix well. Makes 4 cups. Approx. 35 calories per cup.

Blend 200g carton skim milk yogurt, 1 punnet of washed and hulled strawberries, 1 tablespoon sugar and 285ml bottle of soda water for 1 minute. Makes 4 cups. Approx. 60 calories per cup.

12. ORANGE AND ICE CREAM

Blend 2 x 285ml bottles soda water, 1 cup orange juice and 4 tablespoons low-calorie vanilla ice cream until well mixed. Add ice, pulp of 2 passionfruit. Makes 5 cups. Approx. 20 calories per cup.

13. THREE FRUIT CITRUS

Combine 2 x 285ml bottles soda water with 1 cup orange juice, ¼ cup lemon juice and ¼ cup grapefruit juice. Add 1 tablespoon chopped mint and ice cubes. Makes 4 cups. Approx. 15 calories per cup.

14. SPICY ORANGE

Combine 2 cups orange juice with ¼ teaspoon cinnamon, ¼ teaspoon nutmeg and 5 cloves in saucepan, simmer covered 5 minutes, cool. Add 2 x 285ml bottles soda water. Makes 4 cups. Approx. 30 calories per cup.
