My dad makes me this Salmon recipe every time I get an opportunity to visit.  It is my favorite!

Coat Salmon all over with olive oil.

Rub both sides of the salmon with salt, pepper, lemon zest & lemon juice.

Sprinkle a thick layer of almond slices and on top of that lay a sprig or two of rosemary.  Drizzle a bit more oil on the rosemary and almonds.

Bake 10 minutes at 375.  Check doneness in the middle of the fish.  If not done enough, give it another minute and then check again.  When a bit underdone, broil for about 2 minutes.  The rosemary may scortch; that's ok.  When done take off the burnt rosemary.
