I think because you guys aren't in my bets or groups, I can't post or reply to your comments. But thanks all for you comments to my PB blog. 

This is my first time here, so I don't know if you have to friend me, or join my groups to share. Still confused at how come you can comment but I can't reply.


anyway here is the recipe hope you enjoy them as much as I did. And since you read my blog...you know how important the right whey is ;))) 

this is is for 2 cups....just double or triple if you want to make more.


1scoop BSN syntha 6 isolate in chocolate milkshake flavor whey

2tsp. Natural Peanut-butter .....or PB2 

silicone molds , dr Sara used cup ones but any will do I used my candy pumpkin ones


mix water & whey together, just enough so it's thick ( I'd say the concistancy of pudding)

put a little in the bottem of the mold

freeze a couple mins.Just to set

add 1 tsp PB to each cup & top with the rest of the whey

put back in freezer about 5 min I left the in a little longer, just so when you take them out of the mold they are hard.

& the most important part......Eat & enjoy ;)))

but take a pic first so we can all see them. 



If you use BSN’s Isolate and 1 TBSP of PB2, then 2 PB cups will be:
calories: 163, fat: 2g, saturated fat: 0g, cholesterol: 15mg, sodium: 225mg, carbohydrates: 10g, fiber: 2.5g, Net carbs: 7.5 g, sugars 3.5g, protein 27
