
I decided in September 2015 that weight loss was not a "get rich quick scheme" lol. It was something that was going to be done on a daily basis for the rest of my life. Choosing healthy was the new way of life. Everyday is a day of eating clean and choosing to move. I believe this mind set has push me forward. 55lbs down since September 2015. I set mini goals, major goals, and fun goals. Pushing myself everyday. It's not a race. It's competition with your goals. Set them so they can be obtainable. Telling myself "push" when I get tired. I love not being tired, ready for a nap, waddling down the hallway, slamming my butt down on the toilet seat cause my ... Is heavy, my knees not hurting when I run, and the energy I have to play with my children. I know how I got here. Comfortable eating late night and whatever I wanted with back to back pregnancies. My husband is slim and loves to snack late night. It's nothing for him to make a dozen cookies. Of course he offers and I indulge. No more excuses anymore though. I changed my mindset, my choices in food and I move everyday. The extra push and love came from 21 day fix, my Fitbit, Cize, and Shakeology!!! Keep pushing for your health. Choose to move, choose the right choice.
