Congratulations! Clearly you have made a positive lifestyle change! I'm only one month in, and I'm doing fine, but it is hard when everyone else in the house is eating tasty junk food!
Good for you Disha for wanting to make a change. It's a daily challenge, just take it one day at a time. I do not deprive myself from anything. I think that's where I won. It's going to be there, my kids and husband aren't going to stop eating burgers and pizza. I also eat it, but I have a small piece of pizza, not 3 slices. Maybe one later walking into the kitchen or one while watching a late movie. I choose now not to eat the way I use to. This has had the biggest impact on the weight just falling off. I couldn't figure out why I was still gaining weight after having two babies. I was to the point were I started retaining water. It was scary. I just stopped eating crap. I had enough. I guess it was a rock bottom. Keep pushing!
