Have you ever reached a point in your life when you said, "Enough is enough."

I have. I've had enough of:

  • nothing to wear
  • feeling unsociable and not wanting to go out
  • not having energy
  • of feeling like a failure
  • not being healthy  ... and the list goes on, and on, and on ...

 

Pledges to help along the way:

  1. I'm not going to feel sorry for myself any longer. This is the time to take control and become proactive. I will have positive thoughts and visualizations to help me succeed.
  2. I will start to drink more water every day. Actually, I will drink more water every day. This is the first proactive thing I will do.
  3. I will NOT let one or two setbacks negate all the good that I've done. I will continue to focus on all the good that I've accomplished to this point.
