I have been working out all the time. I cut out all processed foods, and I'm only having complex carbs. I've added in more green veggies than ever before. I was on my period when I weighed in... I'm sure that counts for 3lbs at least! I am off my period and I just weighed myself again and I'm down six pounds! I know I have always responded well to fitness and lower carb type eating habits but 6 lbs in 48 hours! Whoa! I suppose the shit I had been eating (pizza and all) was really making me retain water. If this isn't a HUGE motivator I don't know what is.
