Put the past behind you. Now focus on you - consistent focus and consistent action. Just keep moving, walk whenever you can, park further away, put your favourite music on whilst doing the housework so you're dancing around! Set small goals and reward yourself when you achieve them - non calorific. If you eat whilst watching the tv then change the habit - do some exercises whilst watching or take up a hobby - it's harder to pick at food if you knitting or something that keeps your hands busy. Come on you know all of this! You can do it! Decide, Commit, Succeed. Write down all the reasons you want to achieve the goals, be positive, be happy.
