Thanks, just had 2 days at the OM Yoga show, Manchester (UK) loads of classes, stalls and healthy activities. I'm definitely going to do more yoga which will complement and support the weights and cv work. The last class of the day was Hotpod yoga - dynamic class at 37 degrees, I've not done one of those before and really enjoyed it, even if if did topple over trying to get into poses :) There was a wellness show on in the next hall which was really good and inspirational too.

Definitely need to cheer each other on 'name twin' :) we'll require a lot of will power, dedication and determination especially around the festive period!
