How much are you down since you started the diet bet? I just hopped on the scale this morning and I was down 12 lbs since the bet started!! Didn't think I could do it. :)

Hi Katie! I'm trying to figure what I should do with exercise this week too. All last week, I have had a sore throat, runny nose and cough. Not sure if it's an allergy or if I'm sick.

This week my goal is to keep trying to keep my carbs at around 85 grams a day and to not drink diet soda and drink more water!!!!
Make sure you don't do any exercises that involve your shoulder!

We can do this! :D

Ps. I always get "sick" when I first start working out after having a break. I like to think its the body's way of getting rid of the toxins.

Good job girl! I was a super slacker last week because I hurt my shoulders and couldn't work out so I got depressed... but I think I'm back in the game! I worked out dispite my pain and hopefully it doesn't backfire on me! Super proud of your workout efforts! You are rockin it!
