Non-scale victory of the week!

"Wogging" around the reservoir a few times and getting on my bike yesterday. Also eating quite low on the carbs. Feeling happy to be non sedentary.

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

It would have been nice if I'd had the strength and physical conditioning to ride my bike further
