Non-scale victory of the week!

With all of the house renovation projects, it was tempting to eating off diet with Eric. But, with a little bit of research, I was still able to grab something quickly and stay on plan. It might’ve been messy, but it worked!

I just wish we could’ve meal prepped instead, but the house called.
