For all official weigh-ins, you'll be prompted to submit your official starting weight. Our standard weigh-in process involves you submitting 2 photos: one of you standing on a scale in lightweight clothing (no shoes, hats, belts, watches, coats, or outerwear), and another of the scale’s readout with your weigh-in word written on a piece of paper.

NSV - Yesterday was a really long day at work, and I wasn't able to go to the gym. Then, we ended up having Chinese takeout for dinner. However, I was able to eat mindfully and listen to my body. I avoided overindulging and still saw some weight loss today. ;)

Learning to make portable recipes to fight my bad habits/cravings. Today, for example, I made some amazing tasting low carb and healthy (for keto followers) sausage biscuits last night for breakfast today. They were super easy and are very filling. So much better than going through the McDonald's drive thru for the greasy high carb (yet no fiber) alternative that made my tummy unhappy.

I'd take a pic, but I ate the ones I brought to work already...
