What do you feel you could have done better this week?

Everything. I was in a bad place for the last few months. My husband was in and out of the hospital and on October 21st lost his battle and past away. I haven’t been active or counted calories in a very long time.

I could have better meal planned and prepped for no stumbles. I could have exercised.
