I have more energy. And I’m so confident that I’ve started donating my larger clothes

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

Still headed to the kitchen at night. I’m like a werewolf. I need to be chained to my chair between 9-11 pm. I would like to find something yummy, sweetish, and low calorie.

Not giving into the Keto flu. I had a sore throat and leg cramps so bad I couldn’t sit still. Still detoxing off sugar and felt super grumpy at work but I feel a lot better today than I’ve felt in weeks!

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

I want be able to plan a menu every week. I am flying by the seat of my pants. My habit is to eat the same thing every day and I bore quickly. Then I’m like, what diet? What long-term health goals?
