Non-scale victory of the week!

I've got a lot more energy (which is saying something because I've been sick). I'm also getting better that listening to my body instead of just indulging myself.

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

I think considering how sick I've been I did a very good job of staying on track, writing down my food and eating meals at the table. I wish I could stop myself from being so emotional towards the scale.

I want to get "black out" on my daily routine check list. I haven't had a perfect week yet and I think this could be the week!

Non-scale victory of the week!

I stayed keto all week, exercised almost every day, got in all my water and noticed my pants were fitting better.

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

I need to get better about portion sizes and night time eating. I also need to stop getting discouraged when the scale doesn’t move. I’m working out a lot so I know that’s the cause and that’s not a good reason to stop!

What do you find most challenging in reaching your long-term weight loss goals?

Getting over plateaus. When my weight stalls I tend to give up or try to mix things up instead of sticking with the routine that works for me. This time I plan to just stay the course, even if I stall. I know I’ll still be healthy even if the scale doesn’t budge.
