I did not do well today. I was hangry and let it get the best of me. I planned food but I wasn't intending to be so hungry after running. Gonna weigh myself and see the results tomorrow.

Thank you! I'm getting right back to it. I just want to be more consistent. That has been my main goal. Next time I workout before work I'm bringing more protein and veggies.

I've been raw veg since day 1.
I'm normally a vegetarian
(I eat fish, eggs, and cheese)
giving up bread and cheese
(my HEAVY addictions, I think that's where most of my weight came from to begin with, and of course the extreme lack of excersise!!!! B4 this challenge)
Within a week of this challenge I've managed to lose 8lbs.

I cheated today,
consumed nearly an entire 🍕 pizza! A little bloated now, scared to see that scale once it settles in ⚖️😩😩

Talk about a challenge!

Agree! Just forgive and press on. I am trying to work on having treats in moderation because never again just isn't possible

I can so relate. Sometimes the old habits creep in and you just learn from and try to do differently next time! Way to be open, honest and vulnerable. Progress not perfection.

  • Weightloss/Health journey can be overwhelming to me. I have to forgive myself for reverting to bad habits and believe that I have the power to change and get to work. The beginning is always the hardest, but the sooner you start the better. Happy Saturday friends!
