Non-scale victory of the week!
Bought new shorts off the rack. Had doubts that they would all fit, but threw a pair that looked pretty tiny in the stack. They all fit. Haven't been a 16 for quite some time!
What do you feel you could have done better this week?
Loaded on carbs yesterday and am bloated and uncomfortable today. Even though I stayed within my calorie allotment, I gained a pound from yesterday. Going to have to buckle down to drop this water weight fast before final weigh in!

Lose the 5 pounds I need to win this bet! I know I have shed 80% of my required 4% during the first week before... am hoping clean eating for a few days will do the same thing for the last week.
