Did easy meal prep again this week. Made a conscious decision to eat Taco Bell, meaning I thought about if I really wanted it and was clear about what I would get!

I'm having issues drinking enough fluids. When I get them in I "gain".

Strength trained 3 days a week. Kept up lazy meal prep.

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

I think I need more cardio and still to eat more veggies. I lean towards convenience, but I should cook more. I have eaten quite a few salads though.

Non-scale victory of the week!

Kept track of calorie intake and burn even though I was sick for most of the week! Bought a rotisserie chicken to snack on so I wouldn't be tempted with fast food.

I could have eaten more veggies. I just didn't feel like cooking.

Switch my workouts to Tuesday, Thursday, Sunday. Drink more water. Don't worry about other people's scale victories.
