Non-scale victory of the week!

I tried on some swimsuits and clothes I’ve never been into and they all fit! I still have a long way to go but it’s definitely motivating to keep it up so I look better for my vacation in April.

Non-scale victory of the week!

This is more scale driven, but I did lose 16.2 lbs in 2018.

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

Totally ate off program and missed some Meds. I’m ready to get back on the wagon tomorrow. New year!
