I had 2 nights where I ate too much I could have gone under 300 this week, but not if I overeat.

What are your goals for the upcoming week?
I have to get some movement in. I also have to break through this food stagnation mindset. I suddenly wanted to rebel I overate on Valentine’s weekend and struggled to recover. It’s a genuine wall to push through. Pray for me! ?
