Non-scale victory of the week!
I started eating more mindfully and logging food again iI suspect I have IBS and I have to make changes to eventually get past that condition. I also need to buy a new mirror since the one I normally use broke, so I SQUEEZED into the frame of this other one! D’oh! I really need to lose weight !!!

Definitely get movement in! I watch too much TV.
