I was down to 296 i have gained weight under quarantine so I need to stop eating so many chips and things I’m pre-diabetic and it’s a struggle to change.

great things this week! Ate better drank more water. thrilled that the new blood pressure meds are worki g and im eating less salty items. Weight loss was a bonus!

Need to phase out more of the unhealthy stuff - like eating packets of Pop Tarts!!!
