Happy New Year 2018!! Today is my fist day of my transformation. I’m excited to start this journey. This blog & DietBet is one way for me to be accountable. I’ve lost weight before and I know I can do it again. Hard works pays off. Today I woke up late (after going to bed late b/c of all the NYE festivities) and I did not do my meal prep yet but no worries I’m doing it today. Stay tune lol =)

It's Monday and I feel so much better.. I've been fighting a cold since Friday night.. today I did my workout and felt better than last week.. I was struggling last week.. lol I'm happy to see that I lost about 2.5 lbs.. not bad for the first week.. =)
