I’ve cut out rice from my diet completely! Hopefully I can stick to it!

Resting more. My foot has been bothering me and the only way it can get better is if I rest, which is making me frustrated because I want to reach my goals

I kinda felt down that I wasn’t going to win my last diet bet so I fell back into my old habits. At least i didn’t go back to my starting weight. This def is a journey one that will require consistency and patience
