How do you verify the weight loss?

For all official weigh-ins, you'll be prompted to submit your official starting weight. Our standard weigh-in process involves you submitting 2 photos: one of you standing on a scale in lightweight clothing (no shoes, hats, belts, watches, coats, or outerwear), and another of the scale’s readout with your weigh-in word written on a piece of paper.

I know this is nothing new, but, I have figured out I need to plan my dinners better. When I plan out my menu - and find new creative recipes, I eat my menu and my new creations, which are on my plan. When I don't plan and find recipes, I don't eat to my plan and it's not good and I don't feel good about it. Now if only I had planned in time to grocery shop to have the food at home to make :-)

I am a Rockstar when it comes to prepping my lunches and snacks. Dinners, not so much. For dinners, I usually default to deli turkey on Ole Mexican wraps, some sort of eggs, or I will just eat a well portioned meal of whatever I cooked for the family that evening.

Welllll.....I wasn't perfect yesterday as I started out with the intentions to be! I did get in my 3 liters of water, I did meet my step count I aimed for, BUT I snacked on some sweets...and more than I needed for sure!

That said, I was still down 2.2lbs of bloat and sodium this morning, so we are moving in the right direction. Still 6.2lbs to reach goal though so I have a LOT of work ahead of me.

I'm keeping the same goals for today: 1. 3+ liters of water (already have 1 down). 2. Meet my step goal. 3. NO sweets. Number 3 will be the most difficult, but I already brought in a big bag of sweets to work to get it out of my house and had my husband bring in some of the other sweets. Not to say there isn't a lot left at home, but I got the main temptations out of the house. Plus, we'll be out running errands and at futsal for most of the evening, so that helps too!

Good morning!! I am not one for morning workouts but this morning my body was ready to get moving. I started with some yoga poses to get my body going and then got a little sweat session in with the kettlebell. I plan to do 3 walks at work today which will total close to 3 miles and then I’ll see what I’m feeling after work! Have a wonderful Tuesday!

I did more steps this morning than usual...does that count!? Hahahaha. I despise morning exercise. My body can never get moving that early! :)
