I started fasting (eating only vegan) 4 days ago and I seem to be +0.7 kg up. I don't eat more, it's not salty, and the calories are much less. What is going on?

I drink lemon and ginger tea with raw honey when I'm sick. I think it helps. Hope you feel better!

A week ago I have reached my goal weight and have managed to drop about a kg more. I feel motivated to continue, as even with this weightloss I still have 4 more kg to lose.
I have mainly cut back my portions. Initially I have tried working out, but I went to the gym only 2 times due to a minor flue. Going steady and strong! 💪

  • stronger and lost 16 pounds so far this year :) I’ve been really consistent about daily cardio and core for about 8 weeks now— honestly a huge game changer. Talking on IG live (life.colette) while doing that daily cardio lately honestly has been helping me get through it. So grateful to be back :)
