Increased workout duration, didn’t allow excuses for missing the gym

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

My diet was kind of wishy washy & I ended with a giant cheat meal/date day. The date I’m okay with because yolo, but wish I wouldn’t have let pms convince me I needed to up my calories Monday & Tuesday lol

Ate off plan all weekend during my 10 yr wedding anni vaca and didn’t let the scale today bum me out! I know it’s mostly bloat from carbs :)

Probably could have made more time for the gym last week, so far this week I’m doing great!

Fit into shorts I haven’t worn in a decade. Don’t ask me why I still have them, because idk lol!

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

Everything. Only worked out once. Ate off meal plan at least 4 days. I’m super bloated and blaming stress eating while moving. But there really is no excuse for doing so poorly.

Get back on KETO and hit the pavement at least 3x this week. STOP DRINKING DIET SODA, I know this is triggering cravings.
