Thanks for the encouragement.....not only did I have the holidays, but we did a big family vacation to Key West that involved tons of eating!! But, now it am back on track!!

Good for you Barb.....only up .4 !!! I am on vacation with the family and everybody does nothing but eat. I don't have any scales here but am worried . Actually I am SCARED!
