What do you feel you could have done better this week?

Had a lot going on. Just got over a bad cold. Have a bad infected tooth, getting it pulled this comeing week. Found out I have to have surgery. A train reck for me all at once and turned to eating not healthy.

Non-scale victory of the week!

My weight gain is getting into my head, feeling kind of disappointed and sad today. Going to take control of my mind today and overcome and destroy these unhealthy thoughts and feelings today is a new day.
