Anyone struggle with healthy dinners the whole family loves? Joel and I definitely have tastes for different foods (I’m a sea food junkie and he's a steak kind of guy), but the Jalapeno Beef Burgers from my recipes list in the guide is a Freeman household favorite!   • Great way to start another year of living by enjoying my favorite workout - shoulder intervals!

    As much as I want the scale to budge a little more, I have to realize that I also want to be able to live a healthy balanced life for the years that remain.

    It’s been a long journey and I have been able to shed 100lbs off my body in 4 years! I have went from a size 24 (shoving myself into them refusing to buy size 26) down to a size 14. Shirt sizes have gone from 2x to a XL/L. I have increased my endurance stamina, progressed in weights, and many other NSVs.

    Here’s to turning 41!

Yesterday didnt go that well. Had a little binge, but not my worst binge ever.
Today was perfect, and had the greek turkey wrap today. Omg its amazing!!!

Mm100 cardio meltdown day 21 ✅

That thunderbolt burpee is much harder than it looks! Tomorrow is supposed to be out rest day. I perfer to take sat/Sunday off. Would it be okay to switch up the rest days or really go by the calendar? I am doing the doubles so it’s really release & roll with cardio tomorrow for full body calendar.

I have a question. I calculated my macros and my carbs are 13g/day. Does that sound right? Do I have to do extremely low carb to lose weight?
