This week went some better. Didn't snack as much.

Exercise more. My husband had some surgery I got off track a little.

Been tough going to find time to eat and exercise. Kids moving , husband's surgery etc. Going to have to really work at it to make the 6 month goal.

Rough start. Hubby in hospital 11 days. Seems like I gain when he is there. Work at doing better this month. Thankfully he is doing better.
