Non-scale victory of the week!

My jacket is not tight anymore. Old jeans buttoned up well.

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

I had two days that I didn’t stick to my diet. Over calories and well over carbs. I think this impacted me and I could do better. This week will be better.

Back to exercising 6 days a week and sticking to my diet 100%. I need to lose 2.3 lbs for my other dietbet. I don’t want to lose the money.

Non-scale victory of the week!

I have stuck to my diet and have been active. I stepped out of my comfort zone and did a Pilates video with a friend.

Prep food ahead so there’s no question when it comes time to eat.
