Thanks coach... but i slipped up yesterday big time when my parents came to visit... mostly on the bread and butter... on well today is monday - back to it!!

Heck yeah... I was so worried there would be no change! My pants feel looser but I was still worried... The second week is harder though I know... My goal is 2lbs this week
