Non-scale victory of the week!

Conquered box jumps!!! And have consistently been in the gym for 5 days. That’s major for me!

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

Probably eating. I’ve been lazy about preparing meals. Still vegan but could be more prepared so it’s not too terrible

What do you find most challenging in reaching your long-term weight loss goals?

Staying consistent and not letting laziness get the best of me. Consistency is key!!!

I want to work out before work in the morning and be consistent with making my meals and not spending extra money on food because I didn’t prepare! Stick to the plan and achieve the goal!!!
