For all official weigh-ins, you'll be prompted to submit your official starting weight. Our standard weigh-in process involves you submitting 2 photos: one of you standing on a scale in lightweight clothing (no shoes, hats, belts, watches, coats, or outerwear), and another of the scale’s readout with your weigh-in word written on a piece of paper.

  • Breakfast today! 3 eggs and sliced red potato home fries! I also used low sugar ketchup. What did you have? Small changes such as cooking the potatoes without oil add up!

İ have such immense stomach pain because im on mu period and also my dad is getting heart surgery tomrrow...so i feel like shit. But i still ate healthy and got my workout in. Feeling low is no excuse no more.

  • MorningStar Farm spicy black bean burger on a carb counter tortilla with fat free cheddar, tomato, spinach and yogurt ranch... with half an avocado with everything but the bagel seasoning and a rice cake with light swiss wedge spread over it. 444 calories of delicious flavor explosion!
