Thanks for the kind words! Trying to stay on track. I feel like I am always having to sprint at the end! For this next round, I want to lose the weight upfront so Christmas is less stressful!

Hmmm, do you think a person who doesn't exercise much (like myself) can do it? Or is it more advanced?

nope! not embarassed. I think it is worth trying! I go through periods where I don't work out at all, and I am never extremely active! I am lucky for 1x a week. She also has different levels of intensity in the video, so you can just go as fast as you are comfortable. It has three levels, and I usually do the first level for a WHILE until it doesnt seem as difficult.
