Hi Time2Lose! Hope all is well. Are you still doing the 5:2 diet? I was considering starting it and was just curious on how you are doing. I hope the Hawaii trip was wonderful (if you have gone already.)

I responded to your email. Did you get it? Hey, awesome you're doing it today. I usually do Wed. and Friday. I've had most of my calories for the day, but I still have room for a HUGE spinach/tomato salad later. No many calories in that ;)

Hi again! I did get your email and did join a facebook group called "5:2 Fasting (In America)" That salad sounds wonderful!! Here is the menu from my highly successful first day:

2 large mugs of coffee
1 yogurt (60 cal)

1 mug green tea
1 Amy's shephards pie (160 cal)
small green salad
salad dressing spritz: 3 sprays (3 cal)

1 cup diced watermelon

miso soup
eggwhite foo yung
1 cup of Asian seasoned veggies!

It's after 10pm here and I'm not even tempted to snack. I'll be doing another fast day on Friday but might switch days of the week to Tues/Thurs we'll see. Becky

Yea! Time2Lose, I'm so glad to see you're back at 100%!!! Woohoo!!!! Thanks to you, I have figured out the new base on Zombie's Run! and I'm enjoying building it up. I just finished a couple of highly entertaining runs in Season two: 'Chicken Payback and Canada' highly recommended. Anyway, it was nice to meet you in this game. I've joined 2 other bets now so I can keep the momentum up including the 6 mo transformer so I can finally learn to maintain the loss and stop yo-yo dieting. Have a great Hawaii trip and thanks for your support and tips in this game!!!

Hey, I just looked up the 5:2 diet and it looks really ineresting! Whenever I hit plateaus I like to mix things up so I may try 5:2 next time! So far calorie counting has given me the biggest success. I am so jealous about hawaii! Its my favorite vacation spot. The 1st time I went I did the Norwegian cruise that goes around a lets you sample all the major islands. It was probably the best vacation ever. I hope you have the time of your life! Becky

The 5:2 is an awesome plan. Wish I would have found it earlier. I'm going to keep doing it (only started this week) until Hawaii. That should work.

Hi there! I did Zombie'sRun today. Ha your reminder got me back into it. I'm doing season 2. Now I just have to try to figure out the crazy new base. Even though I did all the season 1 runs twice, for some reason all buildings on my new base say I can't upgrade them because I'm only at level 1. Oh well at least its something to keep me interested in the jogging. I've gotta kick things up! Looks like you are doing well and are vegetarian too! Go us! Good luck!

Hey! Glad to "see" you. I hate the new base, but I JUST figured it out. You have to add the add-ons and upgrades first before you can do other things. I haven't figured out yet how to close that popup screen when I'm not doing anything with a particular building that I clicked, but it eventually goes away. I'm still in Season 1, so I have a long way to go. And, yup, I'm vegetarian and gluten-free. :)

I'm doing alright :) How about you? I wasn't really impressed with my weigh in this morning :/ I need to up my water intake and cut back a little more on my portions. I have been working out alot so I'm not sure why I haven't lost since Sat?? But I will just work harder, and I know I am gaining muscle too. I hope you are having a great day!
