Hey Amy I just read your note. I'm finding eating healthier & exercising working for me. How's ur sodium & sugar intake? Have you been constipated the last few days? Are you drinking enough water? What about changing up ur cardio & strength training. Apparently our body adapts to what we do, so we constantly have to change it. I look forward to hearing how it goes.
