Non-scale victory of the week!

I fit in my Jessica Simpson Yellow jean I bought a month ago. The jeans were on sale so I bought them with the dream of fitting them one day and I wore them this week.

Walked up the stares with groceries and it was a lot easier then before I lost this much weight

Working out became a little easier.

I would like to be able to work out for a whole hour. I'm currently at 35-40 mins before I'm exhausted.

I'd like to do more of everything. Eat more healthy meals, sleep more..right now I'm lucky if I get 6 hours of sleep. I'd like to exercise for more than 30 mins 3 days a week.
