Gail! You've lost so much toward your 4% goal already! I'm impressed! What've you been doing? Can't believe I haven't even seen you in the halls at work. Busy busy! xo

I ate too much at Christmas, so it's partly a case of easy on/easy off.

Have I mentioned I love you? You make me laugh!

Gail P.

Oh, ok, I'll tell you I love you, too. But the reunion I had in mine for us might be SLIGHTLY problematic considering we live over 2000 miles apart, lol.

Elliann

I still plan on winning the lottery. So maybe we can have a reunion when I do that! (I should buy a ticket I guess...) :D

Did you see the other bet I am in? I have had trouble seeing posts today so I wanted to make sure it went through... " http://diet.bt/1dAWTah It JUST started a few hours ago... I was able to use the same weigh in picture for both of them. "

Ps. I THINK I sent you a friend request on FB when I saw you friend Michael. I am a bit odd so if you don't wish to accept it that is fine! <3

OMG, just signed up and they took my photo from this morning, as you said. So it was just about clicking that $30 credit card button -- and I did!!! God help us! But the pot is huge and now $45 in should keep us honest and on track. Yes? :)

Elliann

I know! Like I said I HAVE to win... I am on disability so I don't really have the choice of losing. I need the money, I need/WANT to lose and the people here are amazing so it is a win all the way around! I just know we can keep each other motivated
You should have a friend request waiting from me on FB. Unless I have the wrong person... :/ If you don't see me let me know!

SO, Canadian Turkey Day was last Monday. I had turkey, steamed veggies of the green colour, and a small helping of scalloped potatoes....and PIE! I worked out as per usual and was just good with my calories throughout the day.

Gail P.

Very good, Amanda. Ultimately, we DO have to function and eat in the real world. You just gave a perfect example. Congrats!

Amanda M.

:D thanks!

Heyya Gail! It kind of bothered me that our host for the current dietbet has never said a word over the past 3+ weeks. In order to keep us all motivated, some people suggested that we start our own and I wanted to invite you to join us for the next month. If you are interested, here is the address. http://diet.bt/19TlL5V
Take care!

You look amazing, I'm sorry for caps locking my comment on the diet bet....just don't want you to hurt yourself! I've done the research, I've talked to my doctor and to a nutritionist....1200 is the lowest a gal should ever go and even that shouldn't be for too long! a week max (of course this does depend on how much you weigh and how tall you are...but please! don't hurt yourself!)---btw caloric intake has to do with your body needing X amount of calories to be able to repair tissue damage done during workouts.

What you say doesn't shock me, but it wasn't on my radar in the same way it's on yours. I'm not actually being perfect at calorie counting, but maybe I should. This helps - thanks.
