Non-scale victory of the week!

I love the results so far! Lost quite a few centimetres. I know I am not going to make the 4%, but I am still happy!

Food is on track. Perhaps I should have more sleep.

Non-scale victory of the week!

Weight is going very slowly, but I knew this would be the case. However... I lost 2 cm around my waist and I feel terrific!

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

I've eaten a piece of pie at work. I know I wasn't suppose to but I enjoyed it. Jumped back on the wagon immediately.

Just going to stick to the program. Show up every day and push play!... oh and keep away from the sweets and pies at my work!

Nutrition is on key! I had some difficult days last week. Had to dig deep to press play. But I did and I am proud of that!

Sleep more and better so I can go all the way with my training!

Non-scale victory of the week!

I surely feel better, although the scale won't budge. I've worked out, following the P90X schedule. I am on day 6 now. Oh and I ate clean and healthy!

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

Maybe I should eat a bit more to keep my body fuelled. I was a bit tired this week.
