Non-scale victory of the week!

I did all the exercises despite tiredness and fatigue. And a lot of stress at work. I actually felt better.

I lost 6 cm on my belly and did not lose weight.

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

Nothing. That only day of chicken wings could not have been the disruptor of my progress..

Non-scale victory of the week!

I think my trousers are more loose. And in cm around my belly, it went from 118 cm to 115 and now 114 cm. Because I gain a lot of muscles too!

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

Not make the ovendish with light cheese (30+) and 600 grams potato. Which I did not eat alone but more than half of it I ate. Of course it was also stuffed with a lot of vegetables and it is not chips,candy or junk food.. But it felt like bad food.

I did not have any potato chips, candy or dry sausages this weekend. And no beer.

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

My sleep has to improve. The Fitbit shows a higher heart rate in rest instead of lower.

Non-scale victory of the week!

The non-scale victory was that despite a heavy soreness, and muscle pains all over my body, were brave enough to skip a day, to take some rest and a well deserved hot bath. I could not sit, stand, walk or even rest on my back in bed, because the pain was so intense, that I couldn't maintain any position. So I admitted I am not 30 anymore, but 46 years old. And that I am allowed to slow down. And because I am always the "all or nothing"-person, that is a victory!

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

I could have started P90X Chest&Back+Ab ripper and Plyometrics, the first 2, at 90% instead of 200%. That would have been better.

Today is Yoga...tomorrow is Leg&Back+Ab ripper. If I get through these exercises, the game is really on I think. I don't feel lighter in any way, but at least my soreness is slowly disappearing.

Non-scale victory of the week!

I have made a more healthy lunch, only 3 pieces of bread, with 90% peanuts Peanutbutter, an appel, 2 oranges, 2 big carrots and a wholewheat muesli/raisin/nut slice of bread for a snack. Hope this will be good to do.

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

This week is not the question. We have eaten everything bad the last 2 days, so now we are going cold turkey.

Lose one or two kilo's. Do P90X Classic and do my best and forget the rest. Sleep better. My back hurts, I hope that will be less painful.
