The non-scale victory was that despite a heavy soreness, and muscle pains all over my body, were brave enough to skip a day, to take some rest and a well deserved hot bath. I could not sit, stand, walk or even rest on my back in bed, because the pain was so intense, that I couldn't maintain any position. So I admitted I am not 30 anymore, but 46 years old. And that I am allowed to slow down. And because I am always the "all or nothing"-person, that is a victory!
What do you feel you could have done better this week?
I could have started P90X Chest&Back+Ab ripper and Plyometrics, the first 2, at 90% instead of 200%. That would have been better.

Today is Yoga...tomorrow is Leg&Back+Ab ripper. If I get through these exercises, the game is really on I think. I don't feel lighter in any way, but at least my soreness is slowly disappearing.
