Yes I am on MyFitness Pal. I haven't been tracking food lately but I probabl will start again for the holidays. I've found that I've been eating healthy for so long now that I can generally tell when I'm meeting my calorie goal or going to go over. However if I find myself struggling or on Vacation, or...the holidays. I start logging again to make sure I'm staying on track.

Just about there! You got this! Mandy made her goal a few days ago and I capped out the 4% today. Thanks again!

Mandy has been really motivate by this and I think all 4 of us (her, Mom, Dad, and me) are taking on the 6-month Diet Bet 10 challenge that starts Nov 5th. 10% would get me to overall goal that I set when I started this journey 2 years ago no problem and it would get the folks to some new lows too.

So encouraging!! I didn't realize that Mandy was on here, too. :) I don't think I could make it to 10%! You guys are brave!! I'm just a little over 10lbs to my wedding weight, and that's the lightest I've been since high school. (Wedding weight was 6lbs heavier than my weight all through college). I'm shooting for wedding weight as my final goal. It does make me a bit nervous, though, because I got down that low because I was stressed - not because I was healthy. I'd be happy with college weight, which is just 4lbs away!! Whoot!!

What an accomplishment to get so close to the goals you set for yourself 2 years ago. Way to go!

Great job so far! Thanks again for introducing me to this and the Bikini Body Mama program. I'm loving her daily workouts. They're great for days between runs....especially since I get bored doing the same DVD workouts over and over. I more motivated right now than I have been all summer, and the scale is showing it.

Cassie!! That is so great to hear! I'm so glad it's been a positive program for you. Awesome job on the weight loss so far, and for reaching new goals! I'm on my 3rd round of the BBM Challenge with friends, and to tell you the truth, I think I'm just going to keep doing it over and over and over again. I don't really get tired of it. I like having someone tell me what my workout is going to be for the day, and I feel like time-wise, it's really do-able with kids in the house. It's really hard some days to get it done, but I feel like I've accomplished so much in the past 7.5 months that I want to keep going! I'm so glad it's motivating you, too!!

Ok. At the top oh the page there are 2 tabs. One says Game and the other says Players. If you click the players tab, all players are listed alphabetically. You can choose friends there. :-) more we can be friends. Finally.

I'm weighing in later this week (are we supposed to today?). I weighed myself last week after being sick for a couple days, so I think it was a false low. Plus, this week is PMS/ready to start my cycle, so I'm probably going to gain this week. I always do, historically over the last 7 months! Glad the 4 week challenge doesn't end on THAT week for me!

It does for me. :( But that's ok. I intend to lose enough that I will be down AT LEAST 4% even with the bloat. :)

That is just awesome. It motivated me to step on the scale and I'm down 2.2lb. What the heck is going on here? ;)
