Non-scale victory of the week!

Exercised 4 days, resisted cake/cupcakes at a sweet birthday brunch! Drank water there instead of the punch! Lowest weight thay I can ever remember! Maybe 2002?

Non-scale victory of the week!

It was Easter today and I resisted 2 homemade Strawberry and Cookies and Cream cakes!! No Easter Candy as well!!! No potato salad! Also, I worked out 4 times.

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

I ate deviled egg and han that had a glaze, need to be 100% and realky need more water, less tea.

Non-scale victory of the week!

Ate on plan, did a half marathon on Thursday evening after work! It was a bad decision, but I finished! Worked out 3 days, but 2 of them were 2-a-days.
