I walked A LOT and ate decently. And my hibiscus plant bloomed for the first time after moving! :-)

Eating less sweets. It has been a very tough week.

Non-scale victory of the week!

This week not so much, actually, it has been a tough one on my emotions and I am feeling quite blue. :/ At least I've got my period before weigh-in and did some nice walks. And I was stunned so much by the beautiful spring skies and cloud formations!

I wish I'd feel better overall.

After having maintained my weight with some little ups and downs for a month maybe reduce some more weight. I'm already at my 6 month goal, so let's see.

Non-scale victory of the week!

I've successfully completed 5 of 6 weeks StepBet!! :D And I'm happy I did not gain even more weight over Easter... Still 1.5 lbs over my last weigh-in weight 2 weeks ago, which is not great, but I can live with it for now. ;-)

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

Eat less unhealthy sweets, less in general and less carbs for sure! Sleeping in a more regular way.

Non-scale victory of the week!

I am much fitter than three months ago, steep hills on my walks with my dogs aren't an issue anymore - it feels just great! Plus: I did 55'000 steps during Monday through Friday in my ongoing StepBet! I've also tried new sweets and recipes, tigernut/banana pancakes are delicious! And my favorite Italian ice-cream cafe is open, again!! Hooray to many servings of yoghurt ice-cream to come!! :D

Eat less sweets and carbs.

Non-scale victory of the week!

I've walked appr. 40 km last week according to my google app on my phone and successfully completed my first StepBet week!! :D And got a new haircut! :-) I finally got my period and my body gave up bloating, today, too. :-)

Less sweets and rice chips, even though they are the healthier versions.

StepBet warm-up week with only 4 completed days BUT I've caught a cold and am happy I have moved at all. :-)

Non-scale victory of the week!

I walked quite a lot this week and therefore finally continued moving much more! I will subscribe to the StepBet beginning tomorrow after having finished the trial successfully and start the 6 week walking challenge! :-) And: I've bought 3 long shirts that I like a lot! I haven't been shopping new clothes in ages!

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

Eat a little less chocolate and cookies, but it was still o.k.

Focus more on weight reduction as I am pretty close to my 4 and 6 month's goal weight.
