You did it! Nice job. I've plateaud and have been stuck at tge same weight all week. Still bred to lose 3 lbs this week. I have to kick it into high gear, wish me luck ????

I've fallen off the wagon and have been eating shitty. I put on 3 pounds since last week :(.

As long as u still meet your target weight then that's ok! I only need to lose 0.9 lb hoping tomorrow am when I weigh myself I make it. If not it looks like we have till Wed to submit our weight. I hope I make it, it would suck to lose by less then a pound!

I fully plan on indulging tomorrow with some dessert! And I won't feel guilty about it. I'm already 10 lbs less then my pre pregnancy weight although my stomach still looks pregnant
