My goal is to get back on track!! Start by eating properly, prepping meals and getting outside to walk the dogs.

Well it’s been a terrible week. Not prepping has caused me to not follow my eating plan.

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

Better prepping of meals. Making more time to walk dog for longer periods of time. Need to find more motivation somehow.
